What about security?
In addition to the 24-hour security guard,
each of the elevators, the parking garage, stairwells and common areas
have key card access only.
Are pets welcome at River House?
Yes, 2 pets are allowed per home. Pets are limited to the freight
elevator for transporting in and out of the building. Pets must be
approved by the management company to ensure that they are not harmful
to others.

is approximately 29.9318 for primary and 47.9318 for non-primary residence.
