Dan graduated from Western Michigan University with a degree in Accounting and Business Administration.He comes from a successful history in the automotive, manufacturing and commercial development and brings a great deal of knowledge, expertise and enthusiasm to this one of a kind project.

Dana Myers
Marketing & Administrative

Dana graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an emphasis on Public Relations. Dana has been the Marketing Director at Robert Grooters Development for the last year and recently relocated downtown to join the River House team. Her primary responsibilities include all marketing, public relations and event planning as well as administrative support.

Chuck Gallagher
Sales

Chuck has been realtor in West Michigan for the past 12 years and his experience includes new home developments, condominium sales, and existing home sales. His achievements rank him in the top 10% of realtors in West Michigan. As a West Michigan native, Chuck has first hand knowledge of the exciting growth of Grand Rapids and his enthusiastic attitude makes him ideal for this project.

Nancy Gregus
Sales

Nancy is a 1993 graduate of Calvin College with 14 years of sales experience - 6 in real estate. Since earning her real estate license her main pursuit has been in condo and single family sales. She has been an award recipient annually and was nominated by her peers for realtor of the year. Watching the growth of downtown has made Nancy excited to be a part of this great project.
